The FOI Act provides that from 21 April, 1998, every person has the following legal rights:

The Western Regional Fisheries Board,
The Weir Lodge,
Nuns Island,
Galway,
Republic of Ireland.

All requests, except for requests for personal information, need to be accompanied by the relevant fee of €15. This can be addressed to the relevant Board and can be sent by postal order, cheque or money order.
