Lough Inagh & the Ballynahinch River
Recess, Clifden, Co. Galway
This fishery consists of a spate river draining several lakes, the most important of which is Lough Inagh. Salmon and sea trout runs have improved greatly in the past four years. There is a Catch and Release policy in all Connemara rivers. Fly fishing only. Season and best periods are from the 1st of June to the 30th September.
